Terms of Service

What I will draw
* Female characters
* Anime style drawings
* Kemonomimi
* Furries/non-human are allowed if you want them turned into a kemonomimi or human.What I will not draw
* Male characters (headshots okay)
* NSFW (including super revealing outfits)
* Anything violent
* Non-humans, unless you are requesting they be drawn as a human or kemonomimi
* Horns (unless you want them hidden / removed)
* Politically charged art

  • I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.

  • I may take up to two weeks to finish your commission, and time may vary depending on how busy I am or if anything comes up. If it will take more than two weeks, I will contact you, and you can request a full refund if desired. You may also have the sketch to have another artist use as a reference.

  • You may request a full refund before I start work on your sketch, but after sketching has started you will only get a partial (75%) refund. After sketch is accepted as final, you may no longer request a refund. If a refund is issued, I reserve the right to use the pose, setting and other non-copyrighted materials for other drawings or commissions.

  • Major edits during sketch are allowed within reason. After sketching, you may request minor edits at no charge, but large edits that require finding / making new references will have a fee of $2 per.

  • Unless commercial rights are purchased, you are not allowed to use my art for commercial purposes*. If you would like to use them for such purposes, then you must purchase a commercial commission.

  • Unless specifically requested otherwise, or if it is a commercial commission, I reserve the right to post your watermarked commission on my social media. Unless a commercial commission is purchased, the artwork is owned by me, and you may not profit off of it, but you may post it on social media and use it for a personal profile picture or emote.

  • If you post my art on social media, you must credit me and link my Twitter (@YoItsKononeko).

  • When the commission is finished, you will receive a full resolution .png of artwork. During sketching, the art will be watermarked.

  • Accepted payment is through PayPal. When I receive your request, I will send you an invoice through PayPal. When I receive your paid invoice, I will begin work on your sketch, but not before.

* Commercial Purposes include but not limited to: Use as an emote for non-personal discords or streaming, use as a welcome / starting soon / BRB screen for a stream, use in advertisements, use in merch, use as profile picture or banner for streaming or other commercial sites, etc. Clarification available on request.By purchasing a commission, you acknowledge you have read and agree with these terms. Failure to abide by these terms can result in the loss of your commission with no refund, and depending on severity I may also report you to various art discords to have you blacklisted.

Pricing information

Additional characters are 50% original price per additional character."Simple backgrounds" include a single color, random brush strokes or a simple logo behind the character. Anything beyond is considered a "complex background" and will run a fee that will be discussed prior to commission and will be included in your invoice.Commercial pricing is 2x base cost.* Colored sketch means the lines will be a little messy, may be some jaggedness to the color. Clean render means I will take my time to make it all clean and pretty with lineweight and all that.
